Boston Theatre Friday Roundup - Thursday Edition

It's Labor Day Weekend, but there are shows happening. If you get some in, you'll have a jump on the new season.

Roller disco takes over the Zero Arrow as the American Rep continues The Donkey Show.

Israel Horovitz premieres his latest play, Sins of the Mother, at Gloucester Stage.

Kiss Me, Kate! starts at the Lyric Stage.

The Independent Drama Society will present Neil Labute's The Shape of Things at the Factory Theater.

And, of course, The Jersey Boys continue holding court at the Shubert.
